- This Privacy Policy sets out how MiMaii International Limited (“MiMaii”, “we” or “us”) uses and protects any information that you as the user (“User” or “you”) gives us when using our websites, products and/or services (“Platform”).
- MiMaii is committed to ensuring that User’s privacy is protected. Should we ask User to provide certain information by which User can be identified when using this Platform, we shall provide assurance that it will only be used in accordance with this policy.

- MiMaii is a privately owned limited liability company incorporated in New Zealand in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
- MiMaii is inclusive of the following subsidiary companies:
- MiMaii NZ Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of MiMaii International Limited incorporated in New Zealand in accordance with the Companies Act 1993; and
- MiMaii Australia Proprietary Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of MiMaii International Limited incorporated in Australia in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.

- If you would like to delete any Personal Information we are holding on you, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly delete the Personal Information as requested.

- New Zealand Privacy Act: Information Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) of New Zealand; and
- Australia Privacy Act: Australian Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988 of Australia.
